A regional healthcare management network providing contracted operational services.
Providence Health was founded to address a gap that healthcare organizations across the country face consistently: the operational programs surrounding clinical care — emergency preparedness, EMS staffing, logistics coordination, safety compliance — demand specialized, full-time attention that most facilities struggle to sustain in-house.
We fill that gap. Our team contracts directly with hospitals and medical centers to take ownership of those functions — serving as Emergency Managers, logistics and safety coordinators, and EMS personnel on a full-time or as-needed basis. We work inside your organization, under your administrative structure, as part of your team.
Every engagement is defined by a formal service agreement with clear scope, defined deliverables, and direct accountability. Our leadership and senior staff come from inside the healthcare industry — we've developed emergency operations plans, staffed EMS departments, managed supply chains, and navigated Joint Commission surveys from within the institutions subject to them.
We operate across the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. Out-of-region engagements are evaluated case by case.
